A display device includes an array substrate which has pixel structures arranged with an array. Each of the pixel structures includes a semiconductor layer arranged on the substrate and a first metal layer arranged on the substrate. The pixel structure includes a first insulating layer which is arranged on the semiconductor layer and has a first opening which exposes the upper surface of the semiconductor layer and the sidewall surface of the first insulating layer. The pixel structure includes a metal pad which is arranged on the first insulating layer and formed on the upper surface of the semiconductor layer and the sidewall surface of the first insulating layer through the first opening. The pixel structure includes a second insulating layer which is arranged on the metal pad and the first insulating layer and has a second opening which exposes the metal pad on the sidewall surface of the first insulating layer. So, the aperture ratio of the display device can be improved. |
