<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multichannel audio system capable of optimizing a plurality of amplifiers on a network for multichannel reproduction to use the optimized amplifiers. <P>SOLUTION: A head unit 10 are connected to slave units 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 through the network 70, the head unit 10 allocates a channel to the slave units 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 and transmits multichannel data, and the slave units 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 generate sound signals on the basis of channel data allocated by the head unit 10 in the multichannel data received from the head unit 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
