PURPOSE:To solve a problem of a partitioning material due to a failure in adhesion by forming sheet adhesive layers to which a polyethylene foam sheet is laminated via an adhesive layer on both faces of a polystyrene or polypropylene foam sheet by organic solvent adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Organic solvent adhesive with a mixture of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and dammar resin solved by an organic solvent is applied on a face of a polyethylene foam sheet 1 and it is heated to vaporize the organic solvent. In a heating atmosphere where the used foam sheet is maintained an a temperature of a softening point or lower, the polyethylene foam sheets 1 are laminated and pressed on both faces of a polystyrene foam sheet 2 or a polypropylene foam sheet so that the sheet 1 is in contact with an adhesive layer 3, thereby obtaining a sheer. When the sheet is used as a partitioning material, it is not contaminated by viscous adhesive at a cut face, or when the surface polyethylene foam sheet 1 is damaged, the adhesive may not ooze out. |
