PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive cushioning material which is excellent in conductivity, electromagnetic wave shield property and cushioning property.SOLUTION: An adhesive conductive cushioning material 1 comprises: a conductive resin foam layer 2; a conductive composite layer 3 which includes a conductive base material layer 4 and a conductive sticking layer 5 containing a sticking surface 5a stuck with an adherend formed in one side of the conductive base material layer 4; and a conductive intermediate layer 7 which is interposed between the conductive resin foam layer 2 and the conductive composite layer 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
