PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic paper member capable of changing design effects of a display part of an advertising medium with time by being adhered on a surface of the display part of the advertising medium, and suppressing deterioration of electronic paper due to use under an outdoor environment.SOLUTION: An electronic paper member comprises: electronic paper 1 that includes a transparent base material 11a and a transparent electrode base material 11b formed on the transparent base material, a back base material 12a and a back electrode base material 12b formed on the back base material, and a display medium layer 13 formed between the transparent electrode base material and the back electrode base material; a protection section 2 that includes a first protection layer 21 arranged on a surface of the transparent electrode base material on an opposite side from the display medium layer side, a second protection layer 22 arranged on a surface of the back electrode base material on an opposite side from the display medium layer side, and a sealing member 23 for sealing between the first and second protection layers; and an adhesive layer 3 arranged on a surface of the second protection layer on an opposite side from the electronic paper side. |
