发明名称 DRAG BRAKE METHOD OF POLYPHASE DC MOTOR AND CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE: To perform drag braking of a rotating rotor of a sensorless polyphase DC motor by installing each step which performs increming of drive current to a coil of a motor by an applied number of phases, in accordance with commutation sequence. CONSTITUTION: A sequencer 36 is formed of a resistor, constituted of six D type flip-flops 50-55. Output states Q1 -Q6 of the flip-flop 50-55 decide the state of commutation signal of specified upper and lower output lines, which are activated at arbitrary specified time and are initialized by an initializing signal applied to a line 56. After the initialization, the flip-flops 50, 51 form a logic output sequence. A change from one phase to the next phase is performed by a signal on a line 48, and increment of sequence from each commutation is performed continuously. The sequencer 36 is connected with an interface circuit, and a current in a motor coil is made controllable by functioning to a power stage.
