PURPOSE:To obtain an environment friendly and cleaning-free ventilator by making an impeller and a cover of the ventilator of paper. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 1, a cover 2 and others are made of paper and an incombustible painting such as epoxy painting is applied to the impeller 1, the cover 2 and an oil catch 3. However, they should be combustible by an incinerator. To dismount the impeller 1, the impeller 1 is pulled while an impeller dismounting lever 4 is pressed, and to mount the impeller 1, the impeller 1 is simply fitted on a shaft of a motor 5, thus the impeller 1 can be easily mounted and dismounted. To attach the cover 2, a square hole 8 of the cover 2 is put on a protrusion 7 of a frame 6, and to remove the cover 2, the cover 2 is lightly pulled, thus the cover 2 is simply replaced. Therefore, when the ventilator gets filthy, the impeller 1, cover 2, etc., can be replaced with new ones without cleaning. Therefore, hours for cleaning can be saved and simultaneously hands are free from getting dirty. As the impeller 1, cover 2, etc., replaced can be incinerated by an incinerator, they can be disposed of as combustibles. |
