The frame sections (1-4), on the basis of their profile or their connection with the base (8), rigidly engage the information carrier (6) on the front and rear sides at least partly and sectionally. At least one frame section can be opened or dismantled for exchange of the information carrier using a push or pivot movement. The frame comprises four sections, which form a rectangle. At least the upper and the lower frame sections are rigidly arranged on the base and at least one lateral frame section can be opened or dismantled for exchange of the information carrier. A releasable securing device is arranged on the upper and lower frame sections.
