PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a utilization limit and to enable high-speed processing when performing various authentications by using certification support information. SOLUTION: Proof data generation control information is sent from a proof data generation control information generating device 400 or a proof data verifying device 100 to a proof data generating device 200. At the time of certification, data for the certification are sent from the proof data verifying device 100 and a proof data generating means 202 generates proof data based on the data for the certification, user peculiar information, proof data generation control information and proof support information (access ticket). Provided that, when the utilization is not matched with the condition of the proof data generation control information, the generation of the proof data is denied. The proof data are sent to the proof data verifying device 100 and verified. As the feature information of the authentication, a deciphering key in an asymmetric code system utilizing discrete logarithm problem on a finite group G is used. |
