PURPOSE: An engine windbreak screen opening/closing automatic controlling device of vehicle automatically and variably controls the opening/closing of a windbreak screen by perceiving the temperatures of an intake air and a cooling water. CONSTITUTION: A device of vehicle comprises a windbreak screen device variably controlled and covering the front surfaces of a radiator(32) or an intercooler(34) by an electronic controlling device perceiving the temperatures of an intake air and a cooling water. The windbreak screen device has a windbreak screen winding portion(46), a windbreak screen stretching portion(48) and a controlling portion. The windbreak screen winding portion(46) winds a windbreak screen(60) into a protecting case(64). The windbreak screen stretching portion(48) covers the front surfaces of the radiator(32) or the intercooler(34) by stretching the windbreak screen(60). The controlling portion controls a motor(72) by using the perceived intake air temperature, the perceived cooling water temperature and predetermined data.
