PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a false positional detecting apparatus which detects as a false information when a positioning information is received from a positional information transmission apparatus which transmits the false positional information. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 which receives a positional information from a positional information transmission apparatus 20 which transmits a false positional information, calculates the traveling speed from a point where the previous positional information has been received to a current point by calculating traveling distance and time between the points where the previous positional information has been received and the latest positional information. The portable terminal 10 decides whether the traveling speed is larger than an allowable maximum speed or not, and stores the positional information by deciding it as a correct information when the traveling speed is smaller than the allowable maxim speed. When the traveling speed is larger than the allowable maximum speed, the portable terminal 10 decides whether it is traveling in high speed or not through enquiry to an operation mode information or a user, and stores the positional information decision as correct information when it is traveling in high speed, and stores or discards the positional information decision as incorrect information when it is not traveling in high speed. |
