FIELD: medicine, diagnostics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with evaluating communicative abilities (CA) in 1-yr-aged children at inborn oral pathology (IOP). The method deals with evaluating the reaction to external stimulants: visual, auditory, tactile-motor, tactile-oral perception and child's free activity as series of the main and corresponding specified diagnostic tasks (MDT and SDT) according to the age. Moreover, at first, it is necessary to suggest MDT by the scheme "child-adult" as direct contact with an adult, then SDT should be suggested by the scheme "child-adult-object" as additional usage of an object. Suggestion of a stimulant for every method of perception deals with MDT and corresponding SDT, the results should be tested separately. If reaction to stimulant corresponds to age standard the results should be evaluated as 1 point, if reaction is immature - 0.5 point, at no reaction to stimulant - 0 point. Then it is necessary to calculate separately the sum of points according to MDT and SDT to compare them and evaluate child's CA within the norm and prescribe correcting impact upon those ways of perception where the points obtained do not correspond to the age standard. The innovation increases information value in evaluating CA in 1-yr-aged children, adapts it to children with IOP and enables to individualize CA correction in such children. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation. ^ 3 ex, 7 tbl |
