PURPOSE:To improve the battery efficiency by forming a layer for reflecting solar light rays on the back surface side of a solar battery cell, isolating the back surface from the reflecting layer and forming it in circular shape. CONSTITUTION:The light ray 10 of incident light rays is partially reflected on a colored layer 5 as designated by 11, and further partially reflected at the boundary between the transparent layer 4 and an air as designated by 12 and introduced to the light receiving surface of a solar battery cell 1. The light path 13 shows the light transmission portion except the light ray 12. On the other hand, the light ray 14 is reflected on the layer 5, and incident to the back surface of the battery cell 1 as designated by 15 to contribute similarly to generation in the same manner as the component ray 12. This is caused by an interval 4 formed between the layer 5 and the battery cell 1, which interval 4 cn be formed by the space or transparent resin 3 or the like and can utilize effectively the component light ray except the direct incident light rays on the light receiving surface of the battery cell 1 and accordingly improve the generating efficiency thereof. |
