PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness exterior protection member capable of attaining reduction of cost by reducing the number of components and reducing man-hours required for fitting work.SOLUTION: In a harness exterior protection member 10, a wire bundle H is inserted insides. A bent part 11 and a straight part 12 are integrally formed in a cylindrical shape by a fire-retardant polyamide resin composition. Thickness of the straight part 12 is set about twice to four times as thick as thickness of the bent part 11. A bending R of the bent part 11 is 10 mm or more and a bending strength of the straight part 12 is 15 to 25 N. Specifically, the bent part 11 is formed in such a manner that the thickness ranges from 0.15 mm to 0.45 mm and the straight part 12 is formed in such a manner that the thickness ranges from 0.45 mm to 1.20 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
