Disclosed are a method for activating/deactivating a cell in a wireless communication system and a device therefor. Specifically, a method for activating/deactivating a secondary cell (SCell) by a user equipment in a wireless communication system supporting a carrier aggregation comprises the steps of: receiving an SCell addition-related message from a base station; partially activating one or more first SCells when receiving, from the base station, a partial activation-related message related to the one or more first SCells among a plurality of SCells added by the SCell addition-related message; and activating all of one or more second SCells when receiving, from the base station, a full activation-related message related to the one or more second SCells among a plurality of SCells added by the SCell addition-related message, wherein a general SCell operation may be applied to the second SCells and only a part of the general SCell operation may be applied to the first SCells. |
