<p>The threaded nut can be set in a hole in a plate with a spigot and by deformation of the spigot is secured at least against axial position alteration. The height of the spigot is not greater than the thickness of the plate. When the spigot is deformed by a flattening process, an obtuse angle in excess of 100 deg. is formed, and the edge area of the hole in the plate is so deformed during the flattening process that finally it forms approx. the same cone angle.</p> |
