PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recording sheet and a recorded matter having good ink absorbability and good dye fixability and no fading even for a long term preser vation after printing. SOLUTION: The recording sheet comprises a porous ink receiving layer containing a hindered amine compound and a salt of an acid on a base material. The recorded matter comprises an ink receiving layer containing a hindered amine compound and a salt of an acid on a base material in such a manner that a dye is carried to the layer. |
