The condenser comprises inlet (11) and outlet (12) pipes connected respectively to the upstream (2) and downstream (3) parts of a cooling circuit containing a refrigerant. It comprises a longitudinal cylindrical wall (4) having a longitudinal partition (5) delimiting a first part (6) subdivided into an upstream chamber (9) containing the pipe inlet and a downstream chamber (10) containing the outlet pipe. The second part (7) formed by the partition extends longitudinally on the top of the two chambers. An upstream pipe (27) and an intermediate pipe (28) are folded to form first (21) and second (22) elements communicating through an elbowed part (31). The first element has an end part (23) longer than the second element end part. The wall has first passages (26) enabling introduction of the end parts of the tube elements in the second part. The partition has second passages (25) enabling introduction of end parts of the pipes first elements in the first part so that the fluid can circulate in the upstream and intermediate pipes from the upstream chamber to the downstream chamber via the second part.
