PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lower jaw section 12h of a developing machine frame 12 from deflecting during the course of transportation and coming into contact with a photoreceptor drum 7 or to prevent a sealing member 12s2 from parting from a developing roller 9c so as not to blow off toners in reproduction of a process cartridge which does not apply toner sealing to an opening 11i. SOLUTION: The end of a protective sheet 125 is inserted from a cleaning frame 13 and a drum shutter member 18 down near to the contact part of a sealing member 12s and the developing roller 9c. A tape 126 is stuck from the rear side of a segment where there is a stripe groove 11n of the toner frame 1 through the drum shutter member 18 to the cleaning frame 13.
