SOLUTION: This detector is provided with a light emitting part arranged with a luminous substance reaction product holding member 20 for holding a luminous substance, a photodetecting element 8 arranged on one side of the light emitting part to detect light, the first condensing means 15 arranged between the light emitting part and the photodetecting element 8 to condense at least one portion of beams 300, 302 emitted toward one side from the light emitting part substantially in a light receiving face R of the photodetecting element 8, a concave mirror 12 arranged on the other side opposite to the one side of the light emitting part to reflect toward the one side at least one portion of beams 310, 312 emitted from the light emitting part toward the other side, and the second condesing means 15 for converging at least one portion of the beams reflected by the concave mirror 12 substantially in the light receiving face R of the photodetecting element 8.
