PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device used in various electronic equipment and capable of surely performing switching operation with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A cylindrical rotor 18 is arranged between a fixed body 11 and a movable body 14, a cam part having predetermined gaps L1 and L2 is provided on confronting surfaces of both ends of the substantially cylindrical rotor 18 with the fixed body 11 and the movable body 14, and a lubricating layer 19 is formed between an outer periphery of a fixed shaft 2 and an inner periphery of the rotor 18, and thereby viscosity of the lubricating layer 19 is added to the movable body 14 before being fully opened after the movable body 14 is rotated to some degrees and the cam parts 14A and 18B of the movable body 14 and the rotor 18 are abutted with each other, and rotation of the movable body 14 becomes gentle, and thereby, impact is reduced when opened, and switching operation can be surely achieved in a simple structure.
