<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously prevent power shortage of an optical information reading apparatus when working using the optical information reading apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A battery voltage VA and a consumption current IA are continuously monitored (S11, S12). Values of a battery voltage VB and a consumption current IB are acquired when voltage variation occasionally caused in normal processing such as starting an application with a large load occurs (S12), and a resistance RT of a terminal part composed of a power feeding terminal 28a and a power receiving terminal 80 is determined by calculation (a formula: RT=(VA-VB)/(IA-IB)). Whether or not the RT value from the calculated result is more than a threshold is determined by contrast with the threshold, and if YES, stepping to S17 from S16, a dialog is displayed on an LCD 10 as an abnormal voltage drop. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
