PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a seat lock device for locking a seat back to a car body, the seat back being supported by the car body so as to move within the range between a using position and a storage position located at an upper position in a cabin. SOLUTION: A latch 122 has a first engaging recessed portion 126A to be engaged with a first striker 29A fixed to the car body when the seat back 12 is in the using position, and a second engaging recessed portion 126B to be engaged with a second striker fixed to the car body when the seat back 12 is in the storage position. The latch 122 is turnably provided on the seat back 12. In addition, a pawl 124 is turnably provided on the seat back 12 so as to restrict the turn of the latch 122 by engaging with a locking portion 127 formed on the latch 122.
