The present invention relates to a composite sheet for controlling a viewing angle through adjusting transmittance, a manufacturing method thereof, and a liquid crystal display device having the same. The composite sheet applies an integrated composite sheet having a polymer dispersive liquid crystal partition including a dye or a pigment between upper and lower electric conductive substrates, and a polymer partition-embedded therein, thereby easily controlling magnifying and reducing modes of a viewing angle by minimizing a decrease in brightness according to a user selection. Therefore, personal information is easily protected by easily converting a narrow viewing angle and an optical viewing angle according to on and off switching.
