PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the dispatch technical service member determination system which can efficiently determine a technical service member who has proper skill matching the degree of equipment fault, taking into consideration of the degree of the equipment fault and the skill and working schedule of the technical service member. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with tables 104b-104f, to the wherein information regarding technical service members who go out and buildings to be managed, is given evaluation points and registered and a dispatch member determination part 104i which determines a technical service member to be dispatched to a building from which a fault transmit signal is outputted out of respective technical service members according to the evaluation points of the respective technical service members corresponding to the items of the building from which the transmit signal is outputted in the respective tables when the fault transmit signal outputted from a monitor device monitoring the operation state of facility equipment in the building. |
