The device for preventing the external otitis in the patients subjected to the hearing aid comprises the case designed as the individual ear insert, the canal for the input ventilation generated within the case, and the inlet air pipe inserted into the canal for the input ventilation. In addition, within the case, the canal for the extract ventilation is generated with the pipe for the outlet air approaching to the outlet of the canal. The tube has the flexure made at the right angle. The outlet opening of the tube for the outlet air is directed upwards. The outlet of the input ventilation canal and the inlet of the extract ventilation canal are located inside the case allowing for their interconnection.
