PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can display an object to be displayed even if the object overlaps a non-display region in a two-dimensional display. SOLUTION: An image processing device which is connected to a camera photographing a region and a display unit which displays the region, is provided with an object detecting unit which detects a photographed object by the camera; a position measuring unit which measures a three dimensional position coordinate of the object detected by the object detection unit; a non-display determination unit which determines whether non-display processing for the object is carried out or not, based on the three dimensional position coordinate measured by the position measuring unit when the region is displayed in the display unit; and an image processing unit which carries out non-display processing for the object determined to be subjected to the non-display processing by the non-display determination unit.
