<p>A transformer comprises a ferromagnetic core with two parallel limbs (1) which are interconnected by means of yokes (3) and on which limbs there is provided a respective transformer winding (7,11) so that the windings are magnetically coupled to the core. A further winding (17) is provided on the core so that it is not magnetically coupled to the transformer windings (7,11) or the core. This further winding (17) may be electrically connected to one of the transformer windings (11) to form the inductor of a filter circuit which includes a capacitor (21) mounted on an insulating plate (13) on said transformer. <IMAGE></p> |
