PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of generated document and to remarkably shorten the time for user to prepare the document, by taking such an information that changes momently or any suitable information from the outside into the document. SOLUTION: At a template selecting part 2, any template required for the user is selected out of document templates stored in a template storage part 1 while including retrieval keys. While using the retrieval key included in the selected template, an information retrieving part 4 retrieves information existent in a prescribed range and a retrieved result replacing part 3 replaces the retrieval key with the retrieved result. |
