PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good polyester film which ensures required characteristics that are, aroma retention, corrosion resistance and low temperature adhesiveness and not affected by the kind of a beverage to be filled and the kind of a metal sheet when used for the production of a metal container, and a film laminated metal sheet and the metal container. SOLUTION: This laminated polyester film is constituted of two layers of A-layer/B-layer and a resin, which forms the A-layer, comprises polyethylene terephthalate while a resin, which forms the B-layer, comprises a mixed polyester composed of a polyester based on butylene terephthalate and a polyester comprising a composition different from the polyester based on butylene terephthalate. The thickness layer of both layers A and B is A-layer:B-layer=75-95:25-5%, the lamination possible temperature of the B-layer and the metal sheet is 200°C or below and the intrinsic viscosities of both resins forming the A-layer and the B-layer are respectively 0.5-0.7.
