An electronic money charging system and method and a charging server are provided to adjust an environment in which an electronic money is charged and control a charging state through a mobile communication terminal. An electronic money charging method includes a step(S100) of accessing an electronic money charging server through a communication terminal to set a charging amount, charging period and charging condition, and a step(S120,S140) in which the electronic money charging server determines whether electronic money is charged with the set amount or determines whether the electronic money is charged after communicating with a mobile communication terminal of a user according to the charging amount, charging period and charging condition. |
