The present invention relates to a producing device of a carbon film for a multi-stage body electrode, and to a carbon film for a body electrode produced therefrom and, more specifically, to a producing device of a carbon film for a multi-stage body electrode, which maximizes a therapeutic effect of a body by being applied to any parts of the body through providing the optimal carbon film for a body electrode, and to a carbon film for a body electrode produced therefrom.
