PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin member bonding method capable of improving bond strength of resin members comprising a unidirectional fiber-reinforced composite material where reinforced-fibers of a prescribed length or longer are oriented and arranged in one direction in matrix resin.SOLUTION: A method for bonding by ultrasonic spot deposition, two resin members comprising a unidirectional fiber-reinforced composite material where fibers of a prescribed length or longer are oriented and arranged in one direction in matrix resin comprising thermoplastic resin includes: a step of arranging the orientation directions of the fibers in a joint area of the two resin members followed by superposing; and a step of pressing an ultrasonic horn from one resin member side, giving the ultrasonic horn ultrasonic vibrations, and progressing the ultrasonic horn to a position exceeding 50% of a thickness of the other resin member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
