<p>In an electric-power generation system: an electric-power generation device is mounted on a vehicle and generates electric power by use of energy existing outside the vehicle; an electric-power receiving device is arranged in a parking space and receives the electric power generated by the electric-power generation device; and an incentive providing device transmits information on an incentive in order to provide the incentive to the user of the vehicle when the electric-power receiving device receives the electric power.
