<p>The combined engine is for drawing drinks stored in barrels, typically via a series of taps or a column on a dispensing counter, and via a thermal device adjusting the temperature of the drink drawn. The barrels in general are placed at the lowest part of the engine. A device for delivering the drink from the barrels to the taps, and which does not spoil it, is combined with a device for heating or cooling the drink to bring it to the best temperature for consumption. The delivery device can be a pump, or gas under pressure from a bottle via a pressure reducer, acting on the surface of the drink in the barrel and forcing it out via an immersion tube extending to the barrel bottom.</p> |
