PURPOSE:To provide a carbonated water preparing apparatus low in cost, good in quality, and suitable for mass production, by using a reducing valve, a fixed throttle valve, a reducing mixing valve, and an indicator, separated from each other and independent of each other. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 8 contg. gaseous carbonic acid haveing a gas pressure as high as 50-100kg/cm<2> is fitted with the fixing member of a reducing valve 3 by screwing, impurities are removed with a filter, the gas is introduced through a piston into a diaphragm chamber, and the pressure is reduced to about 5-6kg/cm<2>. The reduced gas is introduced into an indicator 4, on the other hand, introduced into a fixed throttle valve 5, passed through a filter and the small hole of a throttled ring, and its flow rate is set here. The gas is fed into the space of a reducing mixing valve 6 to reduce its pressure to about 0.5-1kg/ cm<2>. A tap water stop valve 1 is opened to feed water, it is adjusted in pressure in a diaphragm chamber, the gas and the water are mixed in a prescribed ratio, and issued to a mineral water producing vessel. |
