PURPOSE:To transfer printed data on a fundamental printed matter to a similar printed matter with a simple operation. CONSTITUTION:An input part 1 for input of attribute information, form information, and position information of characters and position information or a specific, a storage part 5 where these information are stored as composition data of the fundamental printed matter, a font memory 7 where an arbitrary number of character style data are preliminarily stored, a magnification varying processing part which obtains a ratio in accordance with X-direction or Y- direction length of corresponding entire areas of the fundamental printed matter and a desired printed matter to expand or reduce the surface of paper of the desired printed matter, and a correction processing part 2 which expands or reduces each character based on this ratio and moves the specific frame without expansion neither reduction and expands and reduces the area of character input information in a specific position including a blank area are provided. |
