The invention is a port sleeve installation structure for a plastic liquid reservoir preventing deviation of the sleeve from the port. The device comprises a liquid flow hole(12a) of port(12) having a sleeve (14) molded together with the liquid reservoir; a sleeve(14) of which one end is between body(10) and front end(12b) of port(12) and the other end of which extends over the neck(12d) of the port(12); and a deviation stopper(12c,12e) that prevents the sleeve(14) from deviating off the port(12) because the exterior of the liquid flow hole(12a) is fitted deep into the port(12) when the sleeve(14) is dipped in the port(12). The invention prevents damage to the port.
