PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To privately synthesize other data by selecting representative vector data most similar to the inputted vector data out of a code book each time the vector data are inputted and outputting binary data expressing these selected vector data as a code expressing the inputted vector data. SOLUTION: Each time a voice code c' (n) is inputted from the other telephone set, a decoder 15 extracts the representative vector data of a number shown by the voice code c' (n) out of an exciting waveform code book 41. Based on the extracted representative vector data, digital audio signals s' (n) for one frame corresponding to the voice code c' (n) are reproduced and outputted to a voice output device by an amplifier part 43, backward adaptive gain setting part 45, filtering part 47, backward adaptive predicting part 49, post-filtering part 51 and inverse PCM transforming part 53. Thus, by selecting the representative vector data most similar to the inputted vector data, the read binary data are synthesized with the code expressing the inputted vector data. |
