PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make part of stormwater flowing out discharged from a plurality of small holes into a rain gutter, forcedly decrease the flow velocity of the stormwater, and make the stormwater forced back and reliably discharged from the small holes into the rain gutter. SOLUTION: In a rain gutter supporting body, a rear end is provided with an eaves mounting part, a front end is provided with a front support part with a bolt, and a gutter supporting part is provided between the gutter mounting part and the front support part. To a gutter mounting part with a hole, which is provided at the rear end of a gutter cover supporting body, there are sequentially extended an upper support part with a nut, which has a prescribed angle in an upper position, an intermediate support part, wherein the end of the upper support part is bent extremely downward for inclination, and a vertical front support part with a hole, wherein the end of the intermediate support part is bent. A connection body is provided sequentially with a vertical rear mounting part with a bolt, an intermediate supporting part, wherein the upper end of the rear mounting part is bent downward at a prescribed angle of gradient, and a vertical front mounting part with a long and narrow fitting-insertion hole, wherein the end of the intermediate support part is bent. The bolt of the rear mounting part of a connection part is inserted into the hole of the front support part of the gutter cover support body, and screwed into the nut. The bolt, attached to the front support part of the rain gutter support body, is made to pass through the long and narrow fitting-insertion hole of the front mounting part of the connection body, for the purpose of making the nut screwed.
