PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video rerecording system device which makes image data to be subjected to video recording to be hardly affected by secular change and improves the quality of an image signal source at the time of digitally recording an image signal. SOLUTION: This video rerecording system device that digitally records the image data subjected to analog video recording on a different recording medium of storage media, extracts an analog video signal recorded on a storage media recording medium through a recording medium reproduction driver 20, and an image repair and edition processing part 60 receives a control parameter generated by a parameter for image quality adjustment controlling part 50, i.e., the designation of noise reduction processing, the designation of color adjustment of hue, saturation and lightness, and the designation of retouch processing and performs prescribed image quality improvement processing. Then, a video signal is sent to a digital video recording and reproducing part 30 through an image format converting part 70, an image encoding part 31 encodes image data, and a video recording and reproduction processing part 32 performs video rerecording processing of the encoded data on a digital recording medium 33. |
