PURPOSE:To provide a filtering method of coffee which can be easily cleared away, can economize the quantity of coffee powder to be used and can extract coffee from hot water and water by directly extracting coffee into a coffee cup when serving it just for one person but extracting coffee into a pot, etc., while using any utensil in a suitable size when serving coffee for many persons. CONSTITUTION:A guide 6 is provided so as not to rotate an inner cylinder 5, the guide is vertically moved within a gap to a guide pass 3 of a crossing tray 1 with the vertical move of the inner cylinder and, after the guide is moved up, the guide is put on the crossing tray and held by turning the inner cylinder a little onto the crossing tray.
