PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic transfer film which hardly causes a surface defect on a hydraulic transfer article. SOLUTION: The hydraulic transfer film comprises a substrate film which is composed of a water-soluble or water-swelling resin, and a transfer layer which can be dissolved in an organic solvent provided on the substrate film, wherein the transfer layer comprises a curable resin layer which can be cured by at least either active energy ray irradiation or heating, and the curable resin layer comprises Neuburg silica.
