PURPOSE: To allow manipulation with one hand by installing a rotational axis offset from a frame guiding groove and a trigger lever equipped with a spring and defining a cam groove offset from the rotational axis, and connecting a link to a drive pin installed in the trigger cam groove rotatably toward the end part effector. CONSTITUTION: The upper end of a twisted spring 734 installed within grippers 87 and 89 is wound on a stub shaft 730 on the top of a trigger lever 104 attached rotatably to the frame. A trigger lever cam groove 718 and a gripper guiding groove 720 are offset from a gripper lever rotation shaft 730 and at each end part of a link 704, are offset from a trigger lever shaft 730. When the trigger lever 104 is compressed, the cam groove 718 moves a pin 714 along the gripper guiding groove 720 to perform a distal positional movement of the link 704. Furthermore, in order to advance and form a staple, a double functional operation bar 146 is moved to a distal position. |
