PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid composition, fine particles, fine particle dispersion liquid, etc., containing a poorly dissolvable medicine and being improved in solubility and absorptivity, and a method for producing them. SOLUTION: This method for producing the fine particle dispersion liquid comprises a dissolution process wherein the poorly dissolvable medicine, polyvinylpyrrolidone and sodium lauryl sulfate are dissolved with a volatile organic solvent in a container 13, a solid composition-forming process wherein the organic solvent contained in the solution is removed by evaporation and the solid composition 1 is obtained as a residual material, a water injection process wherein the water 2 is injected into the inside of the container 13 and a fine particle dispersion-forming process wherein a laser beam L radiated from a laser light source 11 is irradiated to the solid composition 1 fixed on the inner wall of the container 13 to make the solid composition to fine particles by giving light energy to the solid composition 1.
