The crystal oscillator in-line manufacturing device comprises a base loader unit which loads a tube which loads a base and supplies a base to a base holder of an index table via a feeder unit and a base loader; an input unit having a motor for raising a magazine which loads a sub base by one step if necessary, a robot shaft for rotating the motor and magazine and a cutting unit for cutting the sub base; a sub base cutting and loader unit for sequentially cutting the sub base by 1 and sequentially supplying a unit sub base to be combined with the base placed at the base holder; a dispenser unit for doping the lead of the base and the pattern of the sub base with solder cream; a unit for unloading the base and sub base doped with the solder cream at an assembly unloader to solder; and an assembly magazine unit for loading the soldered structure to an assembly magazine.
