PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a specific user to use a portion of data in a specific use environment when an instructor instructs a plurality of users to use the data.SOLUTION: In a document server 30, when a reception part 48 receives a document file, a document ID thereof and a work request from a client terminal, a document management part 41 stores the document file in correlation with the document ID, and a work request management part 43 stores the work request in correlation with the document ID in a work request storage part 44. Then, upon receiving the document ID, the reception part 48 obtains, from the user management part 49, a user ID of a user who has transmitted the information, and the work request management part 43 obtains the work request correlated with the document ID from the work request storage part 44, a document conversion part 45 converts the document file on the basis of the user ID and work request to generate a working-document file, and a transmission part 42 transmits the working-document file to a client terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
