PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of clogging while efficiently injecting water by simple execution and water injection control. CONSTITUTION: A treatment device 1 removing sand or relatively large suspended matter by sedimentation to improve water quality and treatment devices 2, 3 removing a small precipitate or impurities using a filter membrane to improve water quality are provided in a multistage fashion and pumped-up water is passed through the multistage treatment devices to be purified. As the treatment devices, a water quality improving device using a precise filter membrane and a water quality improving device using an ultra-precise filter membrane or an ultrafiltration membrane are provided and a chemical adding tank 4 adding chlorine type chemicals to injection water is added. Injection water can be purified to a level not generating clogging in the foundation or a water injection well and the clogging caused by the quality of injection water such as pumped-up water can be prevented. A conventional clogging removing measure becomes unnecessary and the arrangement of a filter bed becomes unnecessary and, as a result, the structure of a water injection well can be simplified. |
