PURPOSE: A substrate and a light emitting device module including the same are provided to reduce the thickness of the substrate by using a graphene layer with high thermal and electrical conductivity as an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A graphene layer (5) is arranged on a heat sink (1). An insulation layer (3) is arranged between the heat sink and the graphene layer. A metal layer is arranged between the insulation layer and the graphene layer. The metal layer and the graphene layer are used as electrodes. The upper surface of the metal layer includes a groove region which is inwardly recessed. The thickness of the graphene layer is 30nm to 1um. |
