PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize satisfactory shape stability by filling uncured silicone rubber in a cavity and integrating it with a support while sandwiching a film-like support between the cavity and a core. SOLUTION: A film 17 is set to conceal an engraved part of a fixed side mold 15, the mold is closed and the film 17 is sandwiched between the mold 15 and a movable side mold 19. Liquid-like silicone rubber 12 is injected, filled in an engraved part of the mold 15, and cured. In this case, the rubber 12 is prevented from being invaded into sliding parts of an injector pin 16 and the mold 19 by the film 17. When the mold is opened, an injector plate 21 is brought into contact with an injector rod 22 upon movement of the mold 19. Then, the pin 16 and a film push 18 are gradually projected to the mold 15 side to push out the film 17. Then, the film 17 is removed from the mold, and a flash absorbing part 14 is punched together with the film 17 from an O-ring by a punch or the like. |
